TELUS TELUS International, a major player in the global contact center outsourcing industry, has aligned with Icona Inc. to help promote its expansions in the Asian market.

Background

Icona Inc. is working with the TELUS International Philippines team to completely rebrand and reposition one of its recent acquisitions; Ambergris Solutions.

Strategy

Collaborating on an international level with a diverse group of project members from Vancouver to Southeast Asia, Icona Inc. ensured the effective management of all site content, graphics, and technical functionality.  A customized Content Management System was designed to allow TELUS International Philippines to highlight featured content and provide timely information to interested applicants.

Respecting current TELUS branding guidelines throughout the design process, Icona Inc. created a unique site that remains consistent with TELUS' existing web and print presence.  These efforts were coordinated with a simultaneous print campaign launch across Southeast Asia and the Philippines, including roadside billboards, newspaper ads and other print collateral.

Results

As a result of the site rebuild, TELUS International's acquisition of Ambergris Solutions has captured widespread attention, with a 40% increase in traffic to the site following the launch.
